Blacksburg's Allison Homer and Matt Howard captured the individual titles Thursday afternoon in the Group AA Region 4 finals held at the Christiansburg Primary School. For the girls, Homer (a senior at Blacksburg) broke the course record posting an 18-minute and 47-second run while Howard recorded a 16-minute and 24-second scoot around the 3.1 mile course for the boys.
