Monday night proved to be a perfect night for senior bowler Jim Hawkins. The 195 average kegler rolled a 300 game in the Golden Years Senior League at the NRV SuperBowl. The SuperBowl has one of the most active array of senior competitiors in the state of Virginia. Hawkins rolled a 269 game on the evening to support his "trip to perfection". He concluded the night with a 761 series. The NRV SuperBowl and www.nrvsports.com congratulates Mr. Hawkins on a night that he or any of his teammates and compeitiors will never forget. |

The NRV SuperBowl was host to the Bowling for Veterans Link variety tournament in November. Gary Ross finished in first place to take the biggest part of the winners check. Brian Johnson and Nat Kesling followed in second and third place respectively. Mike Handy finished fourth and Pam Sola led the ladies in competition. The SuperBowl will be hosting another 100% Handicap on Sunday, December 7th at 2pm. Anyone interested in pre-registering or learning more, you can give the SuperBowl a call at 382-5525. |

The NRV SuperBowl will host a United States Bowling Congress (USBC) Certified Handicap Singles Tournament on Sunday, December 7th at their center on Arbor Drive in Christiansburg. The tournament, which begins at 2pm, will be a 100% handicap singles event and feature $500 in Red Pin strike prizes that will be given out by the NRVUSBCA. The guaranteed prize money will be distributed based on the number of entries. |

The second week of October produced some outstanding performances from local bowlers at the NRV SuperBowl. Jonathan Gary produced a rare double when he registered two games of 268 en route to his 718 series on October 13th in the Moose Mixed League. |
