They say football is a kids game". If that is true, here are some riddles to ponder for the first weekend of the college football season.

WVU- "will the new Mountaineer head coach mix the right "stew" with Pat White or will he turn to a Devine answer?

Missouri- Will the real "Chase" for the Heisman Trophy begin in Missouri?

UVA- Will Al Groh be nicer to the media than Pete Carroll will be to the "Hoos"? Will UVA fans bring "signs" of dispair?

Hawaii- Did June Jones find smooth sailing out of the Aloha State after scheduling Florida?

Penn State- Will Joe Paterno schedule other teams from the Myrtle Beach area after he plays Coastal Carolina?

Virginia Tech- Will the Hokies discover that "singles" is a better game that "doubles'? Will the Hokies find out that their favorite color of shirt is red?

Will Monday's game be "hard labor" for the new UCLA coach or will it be a "risky game" for him (kind of like a friendly wager- he seems to like that)?
