Christiansburg Navy wins in Senior League Football |

Tanner Reed scored two rushing touchdowns in the first half to get Christiansburg Navy off to a quick start over the Blacksburg Trojans in Senior League football action on Monday night at the Old Bill Brown Stadium in Blacksburg en route to a 39-0 victory. Christiansburg registered additional rushing touchdowns from Kyle Dalaney, Kantley Krafft and two from Simeon Brown to round out the scoring. Christiansburg led 25-0 at the half as quarterback Mackenzie Muldoon completed six first half passes before relinquishing his duties in the second half. Two way lineman Seth Brown led the defense with nine tackles and two quarterback sacks. Other top performers for the defense with multiple tackles were Gabe Quesenberry and Jake Hamley. Christiansburg, who increased its record to 5-0, will host Radford in their next game on Monday October 13th at Christianburg High School.
